Submit official transcripts from all institutions you have attended since high school. Transcripts can be mailed directly to: Suman Bhatia, Duke University Center for International Studies, Box 90404, Duke University, Durham NC 27708-0404. If you have official transcripts in your possession, you may submit those with your Fulbright Application instead of requesting new copies be sent by your institution.
It is very important that you request transcripts early in the application process as it often takes several days (and sometimes weeks if there are errors on them that need correction) for institutions to process and fulfill requests.
